CX Day is a global celebration of companies and people who are delivering the highest-quality experiences to customers, created by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the premier global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession.
The NEXA team will be celebrating their contribution to the CX profession on 3 October, and we formally share our experience design consulting capabilities, lead by Dennis Singh. Dennis has a rich history in CX having qualified with a Design Computing degree from Sydney Uni and having worked at Westpac and Oakton. He continues to share his knowledge on this subject as a General Assembly lecturer and University of Sydney panelist.
