This achievement was the result of strong collaboration, meeting tight deadlines and laying the foundation for future projects. 2. Welcoming new leadership
In line with our company’s commitment to excellence, NEXA is proud to welcome Sebastian Ares as the new Director of IT. His extensive tech expertise has already had a positive impact, enhancing our technical capabilities and strategic direction.
3. Record-breaking sales and service achievements
NEXA is on track to break sales records in 2024/2025, thanks to the combined efforts of Bill’s Sales team and Katie’s Services teams. The company’s unwavering focus on customer-centric solutions has not only built lasting relationships but also expanded our market presence.
4. Healthcare partnerships across Australia
NEXA continued our success in the healthcare sector, partnering with hospital groups across Australia to implement patient flow solutions. These collaborations have streamlined operations and improved patient experiences, solidifying NEXA’s role as a trusted partner in healthcare.
5. Securing new business partnerships
NEXA secured key partnerships in 2024, including SNSW, BUPA Medical Visa Services (BMVS) and multiple councils, strengthening our reputation and expanding our reach in both public and private sectors. We also gained new business in healthcare with WA Health, Tweed Valley Hospital, Mercy Health, Northern Health and South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.

NEXA’s strengthened partnership with Q-nomy
In November of 2024, NEXA's partnership with Q-nomy was further strengthened during a productive 10-day visit, which included:
- collaborative workshops,
- product demos,
- code management and architecture insights and
- developer tools and configuration training.
It was also a great opportunity for us to share valuable customer feedback, trends and pain points. Q-nomy was keen to listen and consider these insights as they plan for future product updates, making our partnership even stronger and more aligned for the future.
These sessions empower NEXA’s technical expertise, ensuring we stay at the forefront of customer service technology. The visit also fostered closer ties between both teams, with a well-deserved break at Camp Cove and Bondi Beach.
